When the pressure in the tank reaches the rated value, the discharge valve is opened, and the fluidized material flows through the pipeline for transport. What do we need to pay attention to when loading the first semi-trailer for powder material transportation


1. Before opening the manhole, be sure to open the pressure relief valve to check whether the pressure in the tank is the same as the atmospheric pressure, that is, the pressure gauge value is zero.


2. After opening the manhole, check whether there are caked powder particles in the tank, especially if the tank has been loaded with powder particles and has not been used for a long time, it is necessary to carefully check and remove caked powder particles.


3. Load the material into the tank.


4. After loading, due to the accumulation of powder in the sealing ring of the feed port, it should be cleaned before closing the feed port to ensure the sealing performance.

1. Connect the discharge pipe to the required place to ensure reliable sealing.


2. Close the discharge valve, pressure relief valve, external air valve and secondary air valve.


3. Start the engine, when the brake pressure reaches 392kPa, step down the clutch pedal, pull out the handle of the pneumatic switch valve of the force box in the driving room, so that the force box is hanging, and then slowly release the pedal, so that the air compressor runs smoothly, you can increase the hand throttle, make its speed reach the rated speed, and inflate the gas chamber in the tank.


4. When the pressure in the tank, that is, the pressure gauge reading is 196kPa, open the discharge butterfly valve. In the conveying process, if the pressure rises to more than 196kPa, it indicates that the pipeline is blocked.


5. Control the throttle to keep the ash discharge pressure 145-165kPa and the general discharge speed 1.2T/min. When the ash discharge is completed, the pressure in the tank is reduced to 9.8-19.6kpa.


6. Relax the hand accelerator, press down the clutch pedal, separate the force extractor, and stop the air compressor from rotating.


7. Open the pressure relief valve to discharge the remaining compressed gas in the tank, so that the pressure in the tank is equal to atmospheric pressure, and can avoid the "lift the cover" accident when opening the feed port.


8. When the horizontal distance is 5 meters and the input height is more than 15 meters, after opening the butterfly valve for discharging, the secondary air ball valve should be opened to dilute the concentration of powder particles and improve the height of discharging ash.

1. When inflating pressure, when the pressure in the tank is too high and leads to the opening of the safety valve, the exhaust valve can be opened to decompress;


2. When the tank is flooded, the water should be discharged in time through the two water discharge valves at the bottom of the tank. If the fluidized bed canvas is wet, the fluidized bed canvas should be replaced in time to avoid cement caking on it


3. In the process of unloading, if discharging needs to be terminated under other abnormal circumstances, the discharging disc valve can be closed first, and then the pressure in the fluidized bin can be discharged by opening the exhaust valve.
