First, tire inspection

Check the tire pressure at room temperature every month. If it is lower than the normal standard, supplement the tire pressure in time. The air pressure must not be too high or too low, otherwise the driving safety will be affected. Check the tire for cracks, and replace the tire in time if there are potential safety hazards. When selecting tires, make sure they are of the same type.

II. Maintenance and inspection of storage battery

Check whether the battery is firmly fixed. The electrolyte should be between the upper limit and the lower limit. When it is close to the lower line, add electrolyte or distilled water to the upper line in time. Keep the positive and negative cables of the battery in good contact and keep the battery clean and dry. For vehicles that have been stored for a long time, the positive and negative cables of the battery should be removed. After about 20 minutes of starting the engine, the battery should be charged in time if the power is obviously insufficient.

III. Check the liquid level of the clutch master cylinder

If the liquid level of the clutch is between high and low, it means it is normal. If it is lower than the standard line, it may be that the master cylinder or slave cylinder cups are damaged. It will be difficult or impossible to engage the gear when the engine is running. Please go to the nearest maintenance station for maintenance immediately.

IV. Inspection of brake fluid level

If the braking is also between high and low, it means normal. If the brake fluid is close to or lower than the lower limit, it indicates that there may be leakage in the system or excessive wear of brake shoes, which should be repaired in the maintenance station in time. When adding brake fluid, pay attention to adding brake fluid of the same model to prevent damage to the cup, and protect the paint to prevent corrosion of the paint surface.

Fifth, check the engine coolant level

Never open the radiator cap when the engine is hot, or you may be scalded by the spilled coolant or high temperature steam. After the engine cools down, check that the coolant level should be between full and low, otherwise add distilled water or purified water or refrigerant, and the liquid level after adding water should not exceed full. If the coolant decreases rapidly in a short time, check the cooling system for leakage or go to the maintenance station for inspection.
