ABS/EBS

Winter snow and ice road is slippery, if ABS/EBS system failure, the vehicle in emergency braking will appear sideslip or tail swing, resulting in serious traffic accidents, pressure vessel tank car manufacturers must immediately repair the fault, do not risk driving.

Semitrailer axle

Check whether the friction plate and brake drum of the axle can not be separated because of icing adhesion (disc brake axle to check the friction plate and brake disc), pressure vessel tank car manufacturers if adhesion, can be treated with hot water, serious need to disassemble further inspection processing.

Check whether the push rod of the brake chamber is pushed out and contracted abnormally, and whether there is gas leakage in the gas chamber. If so, it should be replaced in time.

Check whether the adjusting arm of drum axle and camshaft return is normal, if there is a stuck fault must be dealt with in time.

Air suspension system

Check whether the air suspension shock absorber has oil leakage due to low temperature, if oil leakage should be replaced in time.

Check whether the bolts and nuts of the air suspension are loose. If they are loose, the tank car manufacturer shall deal with them in time.

Winter temperature is too low, the air bag skin is easy to aging, rupture, if rupture should be replaced in time; Pressure vessel tank car manufacturers also pay attention to avoid oil substances contact with the surface of the air bag, to prevent premature aging of the air bag.

Air path system

In winter, the temperature is too low, the air duct is easy to crack, break, once the air leakage will make the air duct system pressure is insufficient, leading to brake failure, if found, should be replaced in time.

Check whether there is water in the air storage tank, tank car manufacturers must do regular discharge to prevent icing; If there is too much water in the air reservoir, it means that the drying tank has not played a drying role, should be replaced in time.

Check the emergency relay valve. If the emergency relay valve is found frozen to death, the tank truck manufacturer can tap the relay valve or the low-lying point of the air supply line, shake the ice, or pour hot water to melt the ice.

In addition, salt is often used to remove snow on snowy roads in winter. After snow accumulation, it is necessary to check whether the vehicle chassis and walking mechanism are seriously corroded due to salt melting, so as to prevent the phenomenon of sticking and failure of key parts due to corrosion, so as to improve the safety and efficiency of vehicles.
