Failure and overhaul method:

3, tire swing causes: loose wheel nuts, tighten the axle bearing sintering, damage, replace the bearing axle bending, correction, replacement axle bearing clearance is too large, correctly tighten the bearing lock nut, replace the bearing lubricating grease on time, replace the axle bearing: tire excessive bias grinding, axle axis and frame centerline perpendicularity exceeds the standard serious, adjust the distance between the ends of the axle and traction pin as consistent as possible

4, the shaking handle shaking resistance is too large reason: poor lubrication, supplemental lubricating grease bearing damage, replace the bearing gear eccentric or wear serious, decomposition check and replace parts by rod thread damage, replace the screw.
