Gooseneck semi-trailer

The gooseneck semi-trailer is also widely used to carry goods, and is suitable for the transportation of various kinds of mechanical equipment, large objects, highway construction equipment, large tanks, power station equipment and various steels.


The series semi-trailer has flat, concave beam and exposed tire structures. The longitudinal beam is straight or gooseneck type. Its frame is stepped, and the longitudinal beam section is I-shaped. It is characterized by high rigidity and high strength. The main plane of the carriage platform is low, which ensures the stability of transportation, and is suitable for carrying large equipment and steel of various construction machinery.


Three axle balanced live rigid suspension is adopted. A mass balance block is installed between the front and rear leaf springs, which can make the deflection of the front and rear leaf springs change equally, and the force on the rear axle is balanced. It is widely used, efficient and fast. The vehicle uses advanced CAD software to optimize and design flexibly and variously. The frame bearing surface is designed according to user requirements to meet the transportation of various special goods.

Frame type container transport vehicle is one kind of semi-trailer frame for container transport and another is flat type.


The skeleton car is welded from the longitudinal beam, cross beam and front and rear end beams. The longitudinal beam is made of high-quality steel plate 16Mn by submerged arc welding to form an I-shape (main dimensions are 450 and 500). The cross beam is made of high-quality steel plate and punched into a groove. The front and rear end beams are welded rectangular sections. An integral long cross beam is set at the locking device of the middle container to improve the bearing capacity of the locking device of the container.


The difference between the flat type and the skeleton type is that the flat type is added with a frame and a patterned floor. The frame of the wooden series container semi-trailer is all shot peened. The whole frame is assembled and welded on a special positioning bench, with reasonable structure, high strength and beautiful appearance.


A container tightening device is set on the frame, which can load two standard containers of 40 feet and 20 feet. The four container compression devices at the front and rear ends are of fixed structure, and the middle container compression device is of hidden structure. When loading containers, the middle container locking device can be lowered below the plane of the arrival platform as required. Mechanical bearing devices are selected, mainly including Baohua 12T and 20T; Fuhua 13T; JOST; Etc. Its function is to support the ground and bear the front load of the semi-trailer when the traction device is disconnected from the trailer.


There are two types of supporting devices: single action type and linkage type, which are mainly composed of supporting plate, screw drive mechanism, reduction gearbox and operating handle. Suspension devices include single axle suspension and double axle suspension three axle suspension. Semi trailers are equipped with two sets of spare wheel racks, which are respectively installed on the left and right sides of the trailer frame, and are equipped with a spare wheel lifter.
