3. Excessive wear on one side of the tank car tire: the main reason is the misalignment of the front wheel. When the camber Angle of the front wheel is too large, the outside of the tire forms early wear, and when the camber Angle is too small or not, the inside edge of the tire forms early wear.

5. Large amount of individual tire wear: the suspension system of individual wheels is abnormal, the bending of supporting parts or the imbalance of individual wheels will cause the early wear of individual tires. In this case, the positioning of the worn wheel, the operation of the independent suspension spring and the shock absorber should be checked, and the cycle of wheel transposition should be shortened.


6. Alopecic wear of tires: the reason for alopecic wear on individual parts of tires is poor balance of tires. When the unbalanced wheel rotates at high speed, the force of individual parts is large, the wear is accelerated, and the steering is not smooth, and the handling performance becomes worse.
