First, abnormal oil absorption

1. There is no oil in the oil pump of the tank truck. (need 10L refueling)

2. Oil absorption depth is more than 5m. (Instructions beyond the self-priming depth of the vehicle, adjust according to your own situation)

3. The valve is not opened in place as required. (Need to adjust the handle position of each valve)

Two, can not absorb oil or oil absorption is small

1. Part of the suction pipe is not tightly sealed. (Adjust to make the seal tight)

2. Clearance of oil pump impeller increases. (Check and repair oil pump)

3. Abnormal takeout box

1. The pressure of the tank car is insufficient, and the taking box is not up. (The pneumatic take-up box is full of air, so that the barometer reading is above 0.6MPa)

2. The air path is not tightly sealed, and the force taking box is not connected to the file. (Adjust to make the seal tight)

3. The air chamber is damaged and the force taking box is not in gear. (Check whether the gas chamber is sealed and whether the gas leakage is smooth)

4. Too little lubricating oil or impurities in the force box. (Add oil or change lubricating oil)

5, take the force box parts wear. (Disassembling, cleaning and replacing worn parts)

Four, the oil tank can not release oil

1. Impurities block the oil discharge pipeline. (Clean the drain pipe and replace the lubricating oil)

2. The remaining water in the tank freezes in winter. (Use hot water or hot air to melt the ice, do not barbecue with open flame)

Five, the flow meter does not rotate the oil pump working pressure is too large (only for the tank car installed with the flow meter)

1. There are impurities stuck in the tank car flowmeter. (Should be disassembled and cleaned)

2. The meshing position of the two gears is wrong. (Reinstall gear, refer to flowmeter instruction)
